Plot

Felix the Cat watches a man with a big red nose who has a difficult life. People make fun of the man, and his girlfriend will not marry him because of his ugly nose. When the man attempts to kill himself, Felix stops him and tells him that there is a cure for a red nose. The king of Bora, Bora has the cure, and Felix agrees to find it. With a washtub as a boat and an old shirt as a sail, Felix floats to the South Seas. Unfortunately, the natives would rather eat cats that be friendly, but Felix is able to sneak the cure out of the king's safe without being caught. This cartoon is not as good as the usual Felix cartoon, mainly because of the lack of gags. ~ Bruce Calvert, All Movie Guide
