An order to fill a transaction immediately and completely or not at all.

Investopedia Says:
This type of order is usually for a large quantity of stock, and must be filled in its entirety or canceled (killed). Examples include market and limit orders requiring immediate executing. In reality, the fill-or-kill type of trade does not occur very often.

Order to buy or sell a particular security which, if not executed immediately, is canceled. Often, fill or kill orders are placed when a client wants to buy a large quantity of shares of a particular stock at a particular price. If the order is not executed because it will significantly upset the market price for that stock, the order is withdrawn.

Fill or kill is an instruction to fill an investor's order in its entirety or cancel it, customarily in a few seconds. Fill or kill orders are used by day traders hoping to scalp the markets in short durations. It differs from immediate or cancel orders in that immediate or cancel orders allow partial executions.
