FINA World Swimming Championships

Wikipedia: FINA World Swimming Championships (25 m)

FINA World Swimming Championships (25 m) or "Short Course Worlds" (as they are sometimes times referred), are held every two years in a 25 m swimming pool. They are run by FINA.

Unlike the World Championships in aquatics, this championship is swimming-only, and is contested in a 25 m pool rather than a 50 m pool. (short course refers to the shorter overall length of the pool: 25 m vs. 50 m).
