Fissurellidae, is a family of gastropod molluscs in the superfamily Fissurelloidea and order Archaeogastropoda. They are conical, limpet-shaped shells, with an apical perforation, marginal slit, notch, or internal groove, to allow a more direct exit of exhalant water currents from the mantle cavity.
