The 1993 Island Games on the Isle of Wight was the time that an association football tournament was held at the Island Games. It was contested by 8 teams in two phases: a preliminary group stage followed by a knockout round.

Jersey won the tournament for the first time to become Island Games champions, and the first team not falling under the governance of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) to do so.
