The area of domestic law of the United States that involves decisions and policy concerning international affairs. Title 22 of the United States Code deals with foreign relations and intercourse among nations. Also addressed in Art. I, Secs. 8, 10; Art. II, Sec. 2; Art. III, Sec. 2 and Art. IV of the United States Constitution. Also one of the Restatements.
