Form 10-Q

Quarterly report required by the Securities and Exchange Commission of companies with listed securities. Form 10-Q is less comprehensive than the Form 10-K annual report and does not require that figures be audited. It may cover the specific quarter or it may be cumulative. It should include comparative figures for the same period of the previous year.
