Frank Popoff or Frank Popov (Bulgarian: Франк Попов; b. 1935 in Sofia, Kingdom of Bulgaria)^[1] is the Chairman of Chemical Financial Corporation, a bank holding company, from April 2004 to present. He was the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Dow Chemical Company from December 2000 to April 2004, and Chairman of the Board from 1995 to November 2000. He has served as Director of American Express, Qwest Communications International Inc., United Technologies Corp. and Shin-Etsu Chemical Co. Ltd. Director Emeritus, and the Indiana University Foundation. He is also a member of the American Chemical Society and The Business Council.

Popoff is a Bulgarian American.^[2] A first-generation immigrant, he moved to Indiana as a six-year-old in 1941.^[1]
