Plot

The romance between Daphne (Jane Leeves) and contractor Joe DeCarlo (Tony Carreiro) heats up, reaching a high point when Joe spends the night with her. An outraged Frasier chews Daphne out for using his apartment as a romantic retreat, whereupon he establishes a series of strict house rules.
