From the Bottom Up is the debut album released by American R&B trio Brownstone in 1995. The album features the three singles "If You Love Me", "Grapevyne", and "I Can't Tell You Why" (a cover of the Eagles song). Their debut single "If You Love Me" is the biggest hit of their career; it peaked at number-eight on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and number-two on the Billboard R&B chart.
