Garach
Site of the last battle in the Táin Bó Cuailnge [Cattle Raid of Cooley] in which the men of Ulster, led by Cúchulainn, finally overcame the forces of Connacht led by Queen Medb; identified with the modern Garhy near Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
