Gadair European Airlines is an airline based in Madrid, Spain. It is currently operating aircrafts on ACMI leases for services to five continents. A number of changes of plan have been made, including a switch to Bahrain as the main hub.[1]

Gadair failed the operate a flight for lowcostsport.com to Rome on the 27th May despite full pre-paymanet having been made to their agent Air Care. Air Care then failed to pay all of the money to Gadair claiming that Gadair were in debt to them. Gadair has to date failed to repay the £160,000 they owe to lowcostsport which has commenced court proceedings in Madrid. It is also reported on pilot blog web sites that Gadair took money from pilots in advance of leasing aircraft but failed to complete the aircraft deals and now owe hundreds of thousands of Euros to Spanish pilots and other personnel.
