In 2004, Shea was the chairwoman for the Belinda Stronach leadership campaign of the Conservative Party of Canada.[1] Shea served as Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs from 2000 to 2003, and as Minister of Transportation and Public Works from 2003 to 2007.
