Biography

George "Nick" Nicholas started out at Walt Disney Studios during the early '30s and helped animate such '50s features as Lady and the Tramp (1955) and Sleeping Beauty (1959). In the '60s, he moved to the Hannah-Barbera studios where he worked on such feature length projects as A Man Called Flintstone (1966). He later helped out on animator Chuck Jones' s feature debut, The Phantom Tollbooth (1970) and on Jones's two animated shorts Riki Tiki Tavi and The White Seal (1971). ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide
