Game Character:

Gomar and Shioh

Character Bio

While their height marks their biggest difference, Gomar and Shioh act as one body. They are Furikake, a race of aliens born from seeds who live in pairs, thinking as one and living as one. When married, a pair of two marries another pair of two and are never separated. With the potential to live for centuries -- even millennia -- Gomar and Shioh are speculated to be nearly 900 years old, clearly making them the oldest racers in the championship. When they first signed up to race, the committee barred them since rules allow only one racer per vehicle. But thanks to some lobbying and studying up on the aliens, the two were allowed to race as one in the F-Zero championship.

ABOUT THEIR MACHINE IN F-ZERO X

The Twin Noritta is a stylishly designed vehicle with two cockpits, two nose cones and two fins. It is clearly designed for the two Furikake racers, but each pod has uniquely different controls and functions requiring the two to work as one to manage anything. Its body is rather weak and extremely light, meaning it will quickly take damage. Also, its average grip allows for plenty of slipping and sliding around the track.
