My name is Adam Goron and I'm the good food dude! I'd like to welcome you to my cooking website and blog which results from my passion for food and the art of cooking. My Food Diary is my online blog where I'll write about new recipes, restaurant reviews, fun outings I have had and much more. I wanted to start a little side project so that I could write all about my cooking exploits. Just like a celebrity chef, except that I am only a celebrity in my own kitchen!

My philosophy about cooking is fairly basic. Get involved in the kitchen, and have fun doing it. Always use the freshest ingredients. Be adventurous and don't be afraid to make mistakes as you always learn from them. I love the creative aspect of cooking and getting positive feedback when you cook a dish that others also enjoy.
