Govindasvamin was a 9th century Indian mathematician who gave the fractional parts of the Aryabhata's tabular sines.
Govindaswamin who wrote commentary on mahabhaskariya of BHASKARA 1 belonged to Kerala in mahodayapuram. His work govindakriti was a sequel to Aryabhatiya and is lost. His works have been quoted extensively by Sankara-narayana (869 AD) and Udayadivakara (1073 AD) AND Nilakantha.
