Wikipedia:

Grand Stade Nice

Grand Stade Nice is a multi-use stadium project in Nice, France, that was supposed to be completed in 2007, and used mostly for football matches of host OGC Nice. The stadium would have a capacity of 32,800 people and replaces their current stadium Stade Municipal du Ray.

In 2006, the construction has been stopped, because of problems raised about the future cost of the structure. The stadium, located in Saint-Isidore near the Var, is not scheduled any more.
