Great Cheverell is a village and civil parish in the English county of Wiltshire. In some sources the Latinized name of Cheverell Magna is used, especially when referring to the parish. In the Census 2001, the parish had a population of 588.

Great Cheverell (or Cheverell Magna) is a civil parish with an elected parish council. It falls within the areas of Kennet District Council and Wiltshire County Council. All three councils are responsible for different aspects of local government.
