Biography

Groove B Chill was inspired by the goofy, good-time eclecticism of daisy-age posses like the Jungle Brothers and De La Soul, whose Prince Paul produced their only album, 1990's Starting From Zero. Unfortunately, the album failed to quite capture the daisy-age movement's freewheeling style, and the opportunity for a follow-up was never afforded. ~ Steve Huey, All Music Guide
