Biography

New Zealand-born character actor Guy Doleman performed in numerous British and American television shows and movies. Fans of Len Deighton's Harry Palmer spy trilogy -- it began with The Ipcress File in 1965 -- will remember Doleman for playing Colonel Ross opposite Michael Caine. Doleman launched his career in Tom McCreadle's tribute to the Australian Royal Navy in Always Another Dawn (1948).
