Hakodate Station (函館駅 Hakodate-eki) is a railway station in Hakodate, Hokkaidō, Japan, operated by the Hokkaido Railway Company (JR Hokkaidō). It is the terminus of the Hakodate Main Line and the Tsugaru-Kaikyō Line; Hakodate Municipal Transit streetcars stop at the adjacent Hakodate Eki-mae Station.

In addition to local services, the following long-distance trains serve Hakodate Station:
- Hokuto and Super Hokuto limited express to Sapporo
- Hakucho and Super Hakucho limited express to Hachinohe
- Cassiopeia and Hokutosei night express to Sapporo and Ueno
- Hamanasu express to Sapporo and Aomori [1]
