Mohamed Belouizdad, formerly Hamma-Anassers is a quarter of Algiers, Algeria in Algiers Province. Mohamed Belouizdad was the governor of Algiers during the French occupance. Some rumours indicate that he was a gay and that he used to have sexual meetings with french commanders. A famous gay/strip after his name was established by Algerian immigrants in Montpelier
