The Company proposes to commence operations in the rapidly growing logistical services industry by developing, marketing and delivering logistical analysis, problem-solving and other logistics services to prospective business customers. It was organized to engage in the business of namely the development, marketing and delivering of logistical analysis, problem solving and other logistics services and general business services. The Company is considered to be in the development stage. It operates in only one business segment, namely the development, marketing and delivering of logistical analysis, problem solving and other logistics services. The services that it proposes to develop, market and deliver include logistical analysis, problem-solving and other logistics services. The competitors are, generally all competing for the same customer and each logistics service provider seeks to provide, without differentiation or variation, the same general types of functions and services. It intends that Han Logistics be organized so as to be customer service-driven. It would seek to provide initial prospective customers with superior, state-of-the-art, highly customized services so as to obtain superior results and establish ongoing customer relationships. The Company would seek to obtain referrals through word-of-mouth from these initial relationships and utilize its initial performance record in its marketing strategy to commence building a larger customer base. The Company plans to use direct mail to reach potential customers.
