Clauert, Hans (d. 1566), a citizen of Trebbin, famous for his pranks and practical jokes and often called ‘der märkische Eulenspiegel’. His exploits are recounted in Hans Clawerts werckliche Historien (1587), by Bartholomäus Krüger. Clauert enjoyed the protection of the Elector Joachim II.
