Happy Valley Athletic Association (traditional Chinese: ) is a Hong Kong football club. They currently play in the Hong Kong First Division League. The club is also known simply as Happy Valley (or HVAA).

In the 2005-06 season, Happy Valley won the Hong Kong First Division League, losing just one match. The League title was Happy Valley's fourth in eight seasons. However, the team did not win any title after that season.

Club's Mascot

In the beginning of 2009/2010 season, Happy Valley introduced the club's mascot, a panda, as the fan club's captain wearing the number 12 jersey on the squad list.
