Harcharan Singh Brar (born January 22, 1922) was the Chief Minister of Punjab from August 31, 1995 to November 21, 1996. He succeeded the assassinated Chief Minister Beant Singh. [1]
He was previously the governor of Orissa from February 1977 to September 1977, and then was Governor of Haryana from 1977 to 1979.
