Sir Harold William Brakspear (10 March 187020 November 1934) was a noted restoration architect and archaeologist. [1]

He restored a number of ancient and notable buildings, including[1]

He resided in Corsham, Wiltshire, very close to his Lacock Abbey and Great Chalfield Manor projects.[1]
