Parkview Field

The ballpark at Harrison Square is valued at $30 million dollars with fixed seating of 6,000 and a capacity of 8,000 to 9,000 with the inclusion of non-fixed seats such as berm seating (estimated at 1,000) and bar and table top seating, as well as other non-fixed seating arrangements.

Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum (HOK) has been selected to design the ballpark, which will feature a retro design that takes cues from the architecture of Fort Wayne. The ballpark is located at the corner of West Brackenridge Street and Ewing Street.

On September 11, 2008, Parkview Health System announced a 10-year naming rights deal that would dub the ballpark Parkview Field and have the sponsor provide health and food services there.[1]

Condos

The condominiums at Harrison Square are valued at $124 million and will number sixty residential units. There will be four levels of condominiums on top of the retail portion of the project and the condominiums facing south will have a view into the ballpark.

Retail

The retail portion of the project is valued at $6 million and will cover 30,000 square feet (2,800 m2) at the base of the condominiums along Jefferson Boulevard. Retail facing south will also have a view into the ballpark. Currently the only retail store signed on is "Anytime Fitness".

Hotel

The new hotel, expected to be completed at the corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Harrison Street in spring 2010, will be a Courtyard by Marriott and consist of 250 rooms.

Parking garage

A new $10 million parking garage, located at Harrison Street and Douglas Avenue, houses 900 parking spaces and will have 300 spaces dedicated to the hotel. On Thursday December 18, 2008, workers cut through a gas line causing a fire[1] resulting in minimal damage to the parking garage.
