"Hat 2 Da Back" is TLC's fourth and final single from their debut album, Ooooooohhh... On the TLC Tip. The song reached #30 on the Billboard Hot 100, while reaching #14 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks. The song is about the girls' fashion sense. They like to wear their hats to the back (instead of the front) and their pants low, showing that the way they dress represents who they are.
