Review

The packaging might be abysmal, but as the old adage goes: don't judge a book by its cover. So goes Winger's greatest-hits collection issued by Rhino in 2003. Since Winger only released three records during their existence, it's very easy to choose the best of the hits, hooks, and power ballads that made them poster boys of heavy metal. While not as thorough as Rhino's 2001 greatest-hits compilation, this is a very affordable disc that is ideal for fans who just want the hits and nothing more for their collections. ~ Rob Theakston, All Music Guide
