Health Enhancement Products, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on March 28, 1983, with the name of "L. Peck Enterprises, Inc." On May 27, 1999, its name was changed to Western Glory Inc. Health Enhancement Corporation was a privately held corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada on October 9, 2003. On October 30, 2003 Health Enhancement Corporation was acquired by Western Glory Hole, Inc. As a part of this Agreement, the company changed its name to Health Enhancement Products, Inc. The Company is a developer, manufacturer and supplier of natural dietary supplements. The primary focus of the Company is on the manufacture and marketing of a unique enzyme-based product. They consider this product has application to human illness and disease, the support and enhancement of bodily metabolic systems, and the support and complementing of other therapeutic approaches within traditional medical practice. In addition, they are focusing their attention on the formulation, manufacture, and marketing of products, which provide specific health benefits and interest to consumers of natural products. The products currently in production or planned for release are ProAlgaZyme; ReplenTish and Zodiac Herbal Vitamins. As of March 10, 2004, they had 1 full-time employee, 1 part-time employee and 5 consultants who are independent contractors.
