Plot
Hal realizes that he forgot to perform the one simple task that Lois asked -- pay the health insurance bill. Their insurance is dropped. After the insurance company refuses to reinstate the family before Monday, Hal panics. He gathers up all potentially dangerous objects inside the house and he overhears Malcolm, Reese and Dewey plotting their revenge against the Schwab brothers. Hal grounds the boys for the entire weekend in order to keep them safe. Yet while attempting to trap them in by boarding up the trellis, Hal injures his knee. Knowing he can't tell Lois, Hal agrees to be treated by a teenage friend of the boys. Lois and her Lucky Aide coworkers secretly discuss unionizing. Hattie gets fired the next day and Lois spies Craig slipping a list of names to the boss. She exposes him as a traitor to the gang. When Lois runs home, the rest of the workers tie Craig up and cover him in fire extinguisher foam. Upon her return, Lois finds Craig alone with party decorations, celebrating her 10 years at the store. He was really planning a party and wanted to invite the whole staff. After seeing him as "human garbage", the staff didn't come. Lois apologizes and listens to his miserable karaoke.
