Executive of Travelers Insurance Company who developed the Domino Theory of Accident Causation by studying over 75,000 industrial accidents and concluding that most accidents would be preventable if only the acquired behavior of individuals could be changed. Heinrich held that extensive programs should be conducted by industrial companies to convince employees to act safely.
