Plot

Canadian heavy metal outfit Helix celebrates their 30th Anniversary with this special documentary and concert filmed at the Sanderson Center in Ontario in July of 2004. Featuring a slew of former band members as well as the current lineup, the band slays through 30 years worth of material that's spliced in between a complete visual history of the raucous act.
