Béraud, Henri (1888-1958). Right-wing French writer. As a journalist in Lyon and then in Paris, he gravitated towards extremist publications, notably Gringoire. Author of a novel and many political pamphlets, Béraud was a notorious wartime collaborator, for which he later spent 10 years in prison.
