Henry Edgar Paston-Bedingfeld (born 7 December 1943) is an officer of arms at the College of Arms in London, England.

He currently serves as Her Majesty's York Herald of Arms in Ordinary.[1] He was previously Rouge Croix Pursuivant of Arms in Ordinary, appointed on 11 March 1983 to replace Thomas Woodcock.[2]

Henry is the eldest son and heir apparent of Sir Edmund Paston-Bedingfeld, 9th Baronet of Oxburgh Hall, Norfolk, by his spouse Joan Lynette Rees.

He is an honorary vice-president of the Cambridge University Heraldic and Genealogical Society.
