Abrams founded the Universal Wrestling Federation in 1990 and remained CEO of the company until his death. He was the head booker of the UWF from 1990 to 1992, and again in 1994.
According to Mick Foley, before his death, while high on cocaine, Abrams was found nude, destroying furniture with a baseball bat while covered in a "vaseline" type substance.[1] Not long afterwards, he died while in police custody.[1]
