"Here, There and Everywhere" is a song written primarily by Paul McCartney[1][2](credited to Lennon/McCartney), recorded for the Beatles 1966 album Revolver. In his biography Many Years From Now, McCartney said the song is one of his favourites.[1] Beatles' producer George Martin has also mentioned it as one of his favourite McCartney songs. John Lennon reportedly told McCartney it was "the best tune on the album" and said in his 1980 Playboy interview it was "one of my favourite songs of the Beatles."[2] It was ranked the 4th greatest song of all time by Mojo in 2000.

The song is noted for its simplicity, its melody and the lush texture of the backing voices upon which its arrangement is based. McCartney mentioned in the 1989 radio series McCartney On McCartney that the much-praised vocals were meant to have a "Beach Boys" sound. He has said he was trying to sing it in the style of Marianne Faithfull.[1] His vocals are multi-tracked.[3] The verse is based on an ascending major chord sequence, while the middle eight, which modulates to the tonic minor, creates a telling contrast.
Noted performers who have covered "Here, There and Everywhere" include Beegie Adair[4], Clay Aiken, Claudine Longet, George Benson[4], Peter Breinholt, Petula Clark, Perry Como, Count Basie Orchestra[4], John Denver, Céline Dion[4] (for a George Martin/Beatles tribute album), Jose Feliciano[4] (instrumental), Bobbie Gentry, Stéphane Grappelli[4], Ofra Harnoy[4], Emmylou Harris, The Flying Pickets, The Lettermen, Locksley, Kenny Loggins[4] (on Kenny Loggins Alive), John McDermott, Carmen McRae[4], Maaya Sakamoto, Sissel, Episode Six (Ian Gillan and Roger Glover), George Shearing[4], Göran Söllscher[4], David Benoit and Andy Williams.
Bruce Welch of The Shadows claimed in his autobiography that McCartney offered the tune to Shadow's lead guitarist Hank Marvin prior to the Beatles' recording.[5] Marvin eventually released an instrumental version of the song on his 2007 album Guitar Man.
In the TV series Friends, this song is played on steel drums when Phoebe Buffay walks down the aisle during her wedding. It was the second time a song written by McCartney was used in a wedding sequence in the series; the first being "My Love" when Chandler and Monica married.
Geoff Emerick, who engineered many of the Beatles' recordings, used the song title in the title of his own 2006 memoir, Here, There, and Everywhere: My Life Recording the Music of The Beatles.
Gary Sparrow sings this song on the piano in an episode of Goodnight Sweetheart.
