Originally devoted to commemorative geneology items, such as posters outlining family histories and stationery with heritage crests, the company now makes a number of personalized products for retail. Distributed items include personalized candles, pens, key rings, picture frames, and greeting cards. UK tourist sites, such as castles are H&H's biggest customers. Its products are exported to more than 50 countries. Its Paper Island Greetings subsidiary produces greeting cards. CEO Malcom Ogg founded History & Heraldry with Diane Clothier in 1994.
