Biography

Hailing from the town of Eureka, California, self-described ‘lumberjack metal' band The Hitch was formed by Roshawn Beere (bass/vocals), Greg McKnight (guitar/vocals) Steve Bodner (drums) and Jeff Langdon (guitar) in the late-90's. Bearded like ZZ Top, heavy as Black Sabbath, and dressed in coveralls like Black Oak Arkansas, the group cultivated their unique barrage of post-stoner rock mayhem over a series of demos before recording their full-length debut, Motorcycle Nurseryrhymes in 2002. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia, All Music Guide
