HMS Porlock Bay (K650) was a Bay-class anti-aircraft frigate of the British Royal Navy. She was originally laid down as the Loch-class vessel Loch Muick, renamed to Loch Seaforth on the stocks and then completed as Porlock Bay. She is named for Porlock Bay in Somerset.
Se was built by Charles Hill & Sons, Bristol, laid down on November 22 1944, launched on June 14 1945 and commissioned on March 8 1946
On March 19 1962 she was sold to the Finnish Navy as the Matti Kurki, for the Finnish medieval military hero Matti Kurki (Mats Kurck). Matti Kurki made seven global circumnavigations. It is estimated some 1,500 Finnish cadets and conscripts served onboard her during her service in the Finnish navy. She was finally decommissioned 1974, paid off and scrapped in Helsinki, Finland. She served as a training ship until 1975.
