Honker Muddlefoot

Herbert "Honker" Muddlefoot Jr. is a fictional character in the animated television series Darkwing Duck. Honker is voiced by Katie Leigh.

Honker is the shy but brainy younger son of Herb and Binkie Muddlefoot, the gregarious and befuddled neighbors of Drake and Gosalyn Mallard.

Honker is Gosalyn's best friend. He accidentally discovered that Drake Mallard is Darkwing Duck, although it is never shown in the series. In fact, how he met the Mallard family is never shown in the series. His ingenuity and intellect has often aided Darkwing Duck and Launchpad McQuack in solving crimes and thwarting evildoers.

His older brother, Tank (his full name is Tankard H. Muddlefoot), is a bully, and, along with their parents, provides evidence that Honker's intellect is probably not genetic.

Occasionally, when Gosalyn becomes the costumed crimefighter Quiverwing Quack, Honker becomes her costumed sidekick The Arrow Kid.

In the Negaverse he is a violent, Negaduck-worshipping juvenile delinquent and often carrys a destructive weapon, such as a bazooka. In fact, in the Negaverse, he and Tank have essentially switched personalities and intellects, albeit parodied somewhat.
