How do aseptic procedures prevent contamination?

 

The goal of aseptic procedures is to keep the organisms used in an experiment separate from the millions of other organisms in the environment. These procedures focus on the way to transfer organisms from test tube to test tube, from test tube to flask or petri dish, and from petri dish to petri dish or flask.
