How long does the journey take from the uterine tube to the uterine cavity?

 

It takes about three days for the zygote to travel from the uterine tube to the uterine cavity. At the end of the journey, the solid mass of cells is called a morula (from the Latin morum, meaning "mulberry") because it resembles a mulberry.
