Howard Glenn Richards, Jr. (born August 7, 1959 in St. Louis, Missouri) is a former American football offensive tackle in the National Football League. Richards was selected in the first round by the Dallas Cowboys out of the University of Missouri in the 1981 NFL Draft, 26th overall. He is the first cousin of Erik McMillan, formerly of the New York Jets, and the University of Missouri, and nephew of Ernie McMillan, formerly of the St. Louis Football Cardinals.
