Hpa-An (Burmese: ဘားအံမြို့; MLCTS: bha: am mrui.), also called Pa-An, is a town in Myanmar. It is the administrative capital of Kayin State. The population is about 50,000. [2]
The town is home to the Hpa-An Education College and Hpa-An University.
Kayin State Cultural Museum is located in Hpa-An.
