Biography

Animator Hugh Harman produced the first synchronized talking animated short, "Bosco the Talking Kid," and also created the enduring "Merrie Melodies" and "Looney Tunes" series. He got his start in the early '20s working for Disney. Later he founded the Harman-Ising Company.
