(medicine) Increased blood levels of gamma globulin, usually associated with hepatic disease.

An excess of gammaglobulin in the blood. It occurs in chronic granulomatous inflammations, chronic bacterial infections, liver disease, multiple myeloma, lymphomas, and dysproteinemias.
