Window Twins are Tim Cohen (of Black Fiction) and Jon Bernson (of Ray's Vast Basement), and their album I'm This Tall City is a lo-fi D.I.Y. creation issued on LP, with a CD copy included in the package. The homemade rhythms lurch along uncertainly, vocals waft in varying pitches, and instruments are given equal weight with found sounds on this experimental, thrown-together set that tries to substitute whimsy for craft.
